Leadership

Well, i'll try to be as humble as i could 😂 since i'm a kid, i grew up with positions at various ages. I'm a class leader when i was around 9 years old. When i was 15 years old,  i'm in the "pembimbing rakan sebaya" or they call it peers leading group yeah? And i'm in the technical team which usually incharge of the mics during the school assembly . When i was 16, i'm the club president of malay language society club, president of archery club, secretary of the scout, a student disciplinary board committee, a young entrepreneur as well. At 17, i add 1 more position, a class leader. So, since i was young, i experienced lots of leadership skills and i also learned about soft skills and how to approach people. I think i'm a good leader though. Why? Because my classmates keep calling me class president. I'll do my best to make sure my class is the best among the other class. However, i despise leading people of my age and those who are older. I could lead them but i don't want to if possible.

I think, a good leader should be able to do everything. If his underling knows how to do something, the leader himself must also know about it or at least, considerate of what their underlings are doing because if he don't, who else could guide them in their work?

The thing is, i think i'm a good leader. Anyone under my leadership will be able to grow mature faster. However, i hate it when i  am being lead by a stupid leader. When we are giving our 100% on being a leader, but when others became leader, they just simply do their job like it's nothing. It makes me so mad when a leader actually think he's a boss.

A boss have the rights to order around because he pays. Leaders don't have the rights unless they pay. A leader must lead their collegues, not give them orders without thinking of their position.

I hate it when a leader can't speak or give speech properly infront of others, so he pushed me to give speech instead of him. I mean, come on lah. You're the leader man. If i am the leader now, i would have done all the jobs though. Or i'll split the job and i'll get updates on what you are doing. Not give someone orders, then just leave it be on them. I hate it when leaders can't do their job properly, instead lf learning how to do it, they pushed it to someone else instead.

Hahhhh, what unequal world we are living in.
